Annual – Videofied System Maintenance Plan


With an Annually recurring Videofied maintenance plan, our engineers will check your Video Alarm system twice a year to make sure it still fulfils the expectations of the system the day it was fitted, they will check the batteries to make sure your system still performs during a power cut or if your electrical system at homes trips out for some reason, they will make sure the movement sensors still do their job, ensure the external sounder operates correctly and can advise too if there are any issues with the system itself, or advise of any environmental changes that may affect the way your security system performs.

Once purchased online, this plan will auto renew each year on the anniversary date of the installation the date you first purchase the maintenance plan, a direct debit mandate form and maintenance plan pack will be sent to you or given to you by our engineer when they attend to either first install your system or visit to carry out the annual maintenance visit.

With this Support & Maintenance Plan you will benefit from :

  • A Check of the system history of your Videofied System since its last maintenance visit
  • A visual inspection of all major alarm components including any cabling.
  • A check of connections where applicable and check for signs of deterioration or damage.
  • Where applicable a check of mains power supply including charging rates.
  • A check of the control panel battery power supply including charging rates.
  • A check and walk test of all detection devices.
  • A check for satisfactory operation of all device batteries.
  • A check and test of all audible warning devices – external sirens & speakers.
  • A check and test of the remote signaling equipment (where appropriate).
  • Adjustments made as necessary and an advisory report provided.
  • Log all test results.
  • Return the alarm system to operational status.
